Help Any tips para hindi antukin sa graveyard shift

May nag advise sakin sabi nya after work wag ka muna matulog pigilan hanggat kaya after lunch dun ka matulog.

Nakatulong naman sakin pero during work my time pa din na inaantok ako

ako kahit anong search ko sa google or tips , aantukin at aantukin talaga , pero once na nagulat na ko or nagising sa pagkakaantok more energy nko hanggang pagtapos ng shift ko .

B-complex un complete B1,b2,b3,b5,b6,b9 at b12. Sa sobra effective pampagising nyan eh nagka insomnia ako.
 
caffeine is the key boss, kahit sabihin pang "natural sources" caffeine pa din ang chemical name niyan, kaya avoid graveyard shift jobs, okay lang iyan pang jump start ng resume naten but you should move to a normal job, sacrifice health talaga pag graveyard
