Thank you try ko din toHi po, graveyard shift din ako 12am yung start ng shift ko. Yung ginagawa ko is taking a nap before duty like mga 1hour lang para di antukin and it works naman. Hope it helps.
B-complex un complete B1,b2,b3,b5,b6,b9 at b12. Sa sobra effective pampagising nyan eh nagka insomnia ako.ako kahit anong search ko sa google or tips , aantukin at aantukin talaga , pero once na nagulat na ko or nagising sa pagkakaantok more energy nko hanggang pagtapos ng shift ko .
