Everyday, make sure that you:
1. Eat well.
2. Sleep enough.
3. Get some sunlight at least 10 minutes.
4. Take a ******.
5. Hug at least one person.

If your mind can't be happy, trick your body into thinking it is.
 
Madami naman puedeng gawin ng magisa - go to places na napapasaya ka, gaya ko mababaw lang ako bookstore at coffeeshop lang ok na ko. If being alone is still too depressing, maybe meet up with old friends, catch up with them. Pag di pa din enough, get in touch with cousins, inuman or magbar hopping :)
 
1st e identify mo kung anu ang kinalulungkot mo or gina worry, then isipin mo and isulat kung anu ang mga possible solution, 3rd mag pray ka and isipin mo kung saan sa mga solusyon ang kaya mong gawin para di kana malungkot 😊
 
Kung bigla ka lang nalulungkot, Hindi pwedeng walang dahilan..yun ang hanapin mo..ano yun kulang sa iyo.but if u think wala kulang then count your blessings..
