Level of participation:
Always []
Sometimes []
Rarely []
Never []

Level of stress:
Extremely high []
Very high []
Moderately []
Not stress at all []

Halimbawa:
This study will use a survey questionnaire to gather data from the respondents. The survey questionnaire is composed of number (Number) closed-ended questions and will be divided into three sections. The first section contains the demographic profile of the participants, the second section includes the frequency of participation of the respondents in extracurricular activities, and the third section that contains items that will measure the level of stress of the selected participants.

Noted po. Thankk you po ulit ❤️

Maganda rin po kayang i-specify yung stress? Like Academic Stress? What do you think po?

Make sure to indicate that you adopted and modified the questionnaire on the Instrumentation, Data Gathering Procedure (for permission to the owner, depende kung hahanapin ng panelist), at Instrument.

Too be honest po, I am not really familiar sa pag-adopt ng questionnaire since wala po naturo sa amin na ganiyan.

Ito po yung nagawa ko, good po ba or bad?

Sa demographic profile, include the "Sëx" since nasa kasama 'yon sa research problem niyo. Sa Part II and III, I suggest na tig 10 item/questions. Tama naman 'yung questions niyo before sa level of participation in extracurricular activities, sa stress naman, hindi sila ang magsasabi niyan kundi i-interpret niyo base sa mga tanong. This is an example, use this as your reference:

More on revising, finalizing, and completing the paper lang ang focus.

Salamat, idol! Good luck din po! Kaya natin to 😍

Suggestions:

I suggest well-being to be deleted, and substitute it with stress reduction.

2.) Sa Scope and Delimitation, specify the "100 adolescent" you are planning to be your respondents.

3.) Delete the "Foreign Literature" and "Local Studies," hindi po ito dapat inihiwalay.

4.) Magkaiba ang number of respondents sa Scope and Delimitation at Population and Sampling. Also, specify the number of respondents per "grade level" dahil sabi niyo ay stratified sampling ang gagamitin niyo. Halimbawa, 200/6 (Assuming that you will focus on Grade 7 to 12) would be 33 or 34 per grade level.

5.) I think your research questions #3 and #5 are irrelevant. Remember, your research problem should reflect to your title, focus sa variables.

6.) On your hypothesis, you can just make the research question #6 into declarative one. Ganito:

There is a significant relationship between the level of participation in extra-curricular activities and stress levels among adolescent students.

8.) Sa instrument ninyo, I suggest you to delete the Part 3, 5, and 6. Sa Part 4, you can use the scale
  • Always
  • Often
  • Sometimes
  • Rarely
  • Never
9.) A lot of your RRL ay matatagal nang ni-conduct. The RRLS should be at least 5 years old, dahil maaaring hindi na reliable kapag mas matagal pa diyan due to changes brought by many factors.

Will read your paper again on my vacant times.
wow..nice naman very helpful
