4.) Magkaiba ang number of respondents sa Scope and Delimitation at Population and Sampling. Also, specify the number of respondents per "grade level" dahil sabi niyo ay stratified sampling ang gagamitin niyo. Halimbawa, 200/6 (Assuming that you will focus on Grade 7 to 12) would be 33 or 34 per grade level.

5.) I think your research questions #3 and #5 are irrelevant. Remember, your research problem should reflect to your title, focus sa variables.

Ah yes, tama po sila. Dapat null hypothesis ang ilalagay dahil ang goal niyo rito ay reject the null hypothesis, accept/prove the alternative hypothesis. Puwede rin pong hindi. So, ganito po ang tama:
