I Was häçked

I am positive that someone häçked into my computer few hours ago.

Nakaugalian kong hindi nagsasara ng laptop kasi ang hassle lalo na kung alam ko namang gagamitin ko after kong magising.. and my PC is set to not go to sleep even if it's idle. Then kanina lang, Naka-lock na screen. I thought baka nag-auto update kaya nag-restart but then I remembered that I have turned off updates until next month. So, I immediately unlocked the screen and check it. Upon opening my screen, I noticed several apps are open... WinRar, Kaspersky VPN, Kaspersky Small Office Security, etc.. also, there's a pop-up message (an error message) regarding Windows Explorer. Well, that's suspicious but I don't see anything in serious... not until I opened my browser.

I have quite a few pinned tabs on my browser and whenever you open the browser, those pinned tabs will automatically open the recent website opened.. and one of them is really suspicious. PHCorner is pinned, yes, but the page that opened is a "start a conversation" page.

I then check history and this is what I found...

Mind y'all guys.. I slept around 10PM last night.

Whoever that person who häçked into my laptop computer, they opened this thread: You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now. by DeSiGNateD , visited DeSiGNateD 's profile page, and STARTED A CONVERSATION (but nothing has sent).

Also, around 2AM, they accessed my OneDrive (sharepoint) and opened a specific file... "My Password.csv".

Dang!! I would be in so much trouble only if this file is updated. Luckily this file is a backup file I have had in years.. and most of them are already outdated.

I already run a full scan on my PC and no suspicious files or apps detected.

I don't know how they häçked into my PC but now I won't be leaving my PC unattended. Lesson learn.. always lock or turn-off your PC.

Thank you for the heads up. Minsan tinatamad pa naman ako i-shutdown yung laptop ko kapag inantok na ako bigla. Buti na lang at walang damage na nagawa sa system mo TS.

TBH, I don't know.. kasi pagka-open ko, naka-open ang kaspersky.. something happened na hindi ko alam kung ano.

kaya ako may doubt talaga ako minsan sa mga antivirus eh....yung sabi nila na ang gumagawa daw ng antivirus na yan eh sila din daw gumagawa ng virus...kaya may trust issues na talaga ako neto..kasalanan to ng mga lalaki hahahaha jowk lang po.. Good morning po

Possible.. pero hindi naman naka-on ang remote access sa laptop ko.

TBH, I don't know.. kasi pagka-open ko, naka-open ang kaspersky.. something happened na hindi ko alam kung ano.

Wala naman... yung sa IDM lang kinda suspicious. I mean, legit naman yung software pero yung license ay *****ed and installed using a command using powershell. (from github)

Yup.. ang alam ko virus at malware, mining trojan chuchu.. not sure kung may nagagamit para mahäçk pc

Yep.. in my case, wala naman akong mod/*****ed na app

IDM ko din ngayon ginamitan ko ng CMD para mafreeze trial master, so far wala pa naman suspicious activity

I suggest mag add ka ng antivirus/antimalware.. hindi sapat windows defender lang, mabagal kasi yan makadetect kasi ang alam ko sinisend pa nya sa system nila bago ma-scan unlike sa mga anti virus app na direct scan
