Is it against the law / labor code,


If my company doesn't observe philippine holidays instead they observe the company's base country's holiday?


We are working fully onsite.


If we have a holidays here in ph we still need to go to work (no double pay or 30%).
 
Talk to your HR why are you not ρáíd with Philippine holidays regardless of your custome'rs time. Violation po yan sa Labor Code Art. 94. Nasa pinas yung business na BPO meaning they are covered by Philippines Laws.
