Help: evoluzn fx-pr3l auto reboot/restart after updated to v13

Mga ka PHC please lang po sana may makatulong sakin biglang nag auto update yung software ng ng Modem ko FX-PR3L ng v13 tas biglang every minutes na connected ako ay nagrerestart sya ( please help

Yung sakin nung wednesday ko lang nabili default sttings v13 ang kulit reboot ng reboot, hayz try ko dl v9 thanks phcorner

Nagokay naman siya so far. V13 ang firmware. Ewan ko kung anong ginawa nila. Pinalitan din daw nila yung battery eh. Pero okay naman na siya. Di pa siya nagreboot.

Kaya nga eh. Buti may e5573 ako na extra dito. Inopenline ko na lang kesa maburyo ako. Ayun, nakatambak na lang yung pr3l ko. Hehe. Btw, naopenline ko sya bago mag update ng kusa sa v14 so safe na din kahit papano. Pang backup ko na lang muna in case bumigay yung e5573 ko.

Sir pano ba magdowngrade, need ko nalang ng mifi tool? Connect ba muna yung pocketwifi bago open mifitool or baligtad? Saka di ko na ba ilalagay yung mga info sa mifi tool like imei etc?

July 30, 2018 UPDATE!!
Kakabili ko lang yung sakin nung July 28. V10 yung default na version ng firmware. Tatlong beses siyang namatay nung gabing ginamit ko. Nagsearch ako about the issue and tried a method on yôutubê which upgrades the firmware to V13 (latest version I think). After ng upgrade, more than 3 times siyang namatay. Based on the threads I’ve read, I guess V9 is the most stable version for now. Anyways, I’m off to the store where I bought my Smart Bro LTE Pocket Wifi. They said they will fix the issue (sana). Otherwise, I’ll downgrade it to V9. Lol

Ganun didn yung problema ko so nag DL ako nang V10. Nag reboot pa din xa
