Phone model: Samsung Note 10+

Hello! I understand your concern about your Samsung Note 10+ experiencing auto restarts with the mobile network connection. Based on your description, it seems that certain activities like connecting to Bluetooth or using location services trigger the network restart.

Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot and hopefully resolve the issue:

1. Restart your Phone: Sometimes a simple restart can fix minor software glitches. Turn off your phone, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.

2. Clear Cache: Clearing the cache partition on your phone can help resolve software issues. Here's how you can do it:
- Turn off your device.
- Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Bixby button, then press and hold the Power button.
- When the Android logo displays, release all three buttons.
- Press the Volume down button to navigate to and highlight 'Wipe cache partition.'
- Press the Power button to select.
- Once the cache partition has been wiped, "Reboot system now" will be highlighted.
- Press the Power button to restart the device.

3. Update Software: While you mentioned not updating your system, sometimes updating to the latest software version can fix bugs and improve overall performance. Check for any available updates in your phone's settings.

4. Safe Mode: Boot your phone into safe mode to determine if a third-party app is causing the issue. If the problem doesn't occur in safe mode, then a third-party app is likely the culprit.

5. Reset Network Settings: Resetting your network settings can also help. This will delete all saved networks, Bluetooth devices, and VPN settings. Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings.

6. Contact Samsung Support: If the issue persists after trying these steps, it's advisable to contact Samsung support for further assistance. They may be able to provide more specific troubleshooting steps or recommend a repair if needed.

I hope one of these solutions helps resolve the auto restart issue with your mobile network connection on your Samsung Note 10+. Let me know if you have any other questions or if you need further assistance!

Thank you po.

Ang tanging paraan lang para maging okay sya is nakaSafemode ako, or i-off ko totally ang Location services, which is not okay kasi madalas akong gumamit ng google maps.

overheat? bawasan mo yung brightness or use pitchblack dark themes.
