Closed Vultr config is not working. what will i do next?

Pahelp naman po.nagawa ko na lahat ng steps pero bakit hindi pa rin po nagana yung config? Ano po ba next step? Salamat po sa sasagot. Pahelp please.. ss attached. Kung sino makakatulong sa akin, I'll share it.

I tried it 5x using putty. I followed the tutorials naman but hindi ata working. Haha
Sumakit na ulo ko. I destroyed the server na lang. Next time ko na lang ulit try. Thank you!
