Also, it's good that you're not consuming junk food though fast food is not healthy at sana mabawasan. Pero wala naman ako masyadonh problema sa kung ano kinakaen mo as long as pasok sya sa daily calorie intake mo, I would still recommend na umiwas sa junk and fatty food and consume more veggies at fruits. Pero syempre kung no choice sa ulam go lang but make sure na pasok sa calories mo for the day(this is important)
Water is also important kasi nakakatulong sya isurpress ang hunger mo at madami benefits ang tubig. Kung gusto mag coke try muna tubig 2 baso pag gusto mo paren magcoke 1 baso pa ng tubig.
