Closed Se error1 if connected to a particular cell site

While diagnosing the problem, may particular BTS na kapag doon naka connect error 1 lahat ng connections with any server. Yun yung pinakamalakas na signal kaya tuwing gabi no connection, sa umaga nasasagap yung iba and working naman (mahina, around -115 RSRP -7 SINR).

What I have tried and tested as well as my other observations
- everything works except pag tower na yun nag pprovide ng connection
- a/v, firewall and proxy disabled; client updated, at least 10PHP load+surfalert
- laptop and modem power cycled
- all servers tested alive and working
- ipconfig, cdc
- tested other sim cards

- 0b/s download when trying to connect
- can at least open surfalert page

What I haven't tried
- test new sim cards
- browse normally with promo
- use gs config)

Private servers boss. Nag try rin ako ng other servers na galing dito, pero negative rin.

Update: hindi rin gumagana other tricks for no load+surfalert (using both injectors for pc and tablet), skyvpn, etc. Baka sa sim lang talaga
