kapag ganyan sitwasyon dapat kalmado ka lang wag kang kakabahan
hindi ka makaka galaw pero malinaw ang isip at mga mata mo..
nangyare na din saken yan ilang beses na din..
kapag nangayre yan para di ka matakot pumikit ka at magdasal..
tuwing mauulit sken yan alam ko na agad gagawin ko
*kumalma wag mag panic
*pumikit at mag dasal

note: hindi ako pala simba pero naniniwla ako sa diyos..

Share ko lang po yung sleep paralysis that happened last month. So far eto yung pina creepy na sleep paralysis ko

Im in a room. Not completely dark pero super konti lang ng makikita mo almost impossible to recognize things. I cannot move my body and im just staring in one place (nakatingin ako sa bintana, feeling kidnapped cause i cant move ). Then i heard a laugh, a mocking evil laugh (like a demon, i panicked here) Alam mo yung feeling na a devil laughing at you? Thats the feeling. Sobrang kinilabutan talaga ako, i want to run pero di ko parin magalaw yung katawan ko. After that super sumakit yung mind ko, unexplainable. Somewhere near na yung mind, body at spirit ko is reaping apart. As in Super sakit talaga, i thought im going to die that day.

So whoever knows the meaning of these i hope u give your honest opinion. Im a christian, i pray, i believe in God. I always experience sleep paralysis simula pagkabata till today. But honestly this one yung nakakatakot.

Anyhow: Whenever that happens, call on the name of Jesus Christ. You must truly believe He will save you and He will.

Of course science will say that it just so happened that your mind is awake and your body is asleep. During sleep kasi pinaparalize talaga ni brain ang body para di mo i-act out dream mo in REM state. When brain is awake and body is asleep, nagpanic si brain ng slight kaya ganyan. BUT. We are not only flesh and blood. We are spiritual beings, thus there is also a spiritual realm. Depende lang sayu if maniwala ka.
