may tanong ako regarding sa return system nila... pag mag return item ba si customer maghahandle ng shipping? kasi sa lazada free lang eh .. dehado ba mga customers when it comes to returns??? yung mga ninja sana sumagot. wag ka na lang magreply if sasabihin mo lang google ko lol PTPA

Kung magreturn ka ng item sa shopee. Shoulder ng buyer ang shipping fee. Unlike sa lazada free. Hassle sa shopee kasi gagasto kpa kapag nagreturn ka ng item

Depende sa seller... but the buyer always pays for the return and then, pag mabait ang seller, the buyer get the refund if he can show the receipt of the shipping fee. Just chat with the seller and ask!
