Mabilis ang internet sa china kung domestic yung mga sites na i-browse mo o yung server i-download mo ay nasa loob. Pero usad pagong kapag mga foreign sites na ang i-browse. Parang parehas dito sa pinas ang speed. Pati vice-versa, kapag foreign ang mag-browse sa mga chinese sites, medyo mabagal.

2. Installation of fiber-optic cables throughout the Philippines and installation of wireless repeaters on the mountains (good communication environment)
3. Philippine ISP purchases many ip to APNIC and installs many repeaters ( Best bandwidth / latency)
4. Many electricity and maintenance costs, initial installation cost ( required )
