Well there are two choices, the first one is online but wala pa yata available even sa mga other networks and the other one is walk in by going to the any store of DITO or shop.

Wala pa yan master, parang kaka 15 days pa lang kahapon after ma pirmahan ang batas. So ngayon pa lang naging effective ang batas, at may 180 days pa yata na implementation, hanggang April 2023 po yan.

Correction. Wala pang IRR so buhat kahapon mag 60 days ang NTC to create its IRR. once na makapag labas ng Implementing Rules and Regulation, dun pa lang bibilang yung 15 days.

unfortunately, under priority yan.

“ARTICLE 2. Laws shall take effect after fifteen days following the completion of their publication either in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines, unless it is otherwise provided.”

Thanks for correcting me pero despite the fact na already in effect na yung batas, what agency should be one who enforce the law? NTC. Up to now there's no Implementing Rules and Regulations and also in Section 12 of RA 11934 You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now.

the law requires to have Implementing Rules and Regulations in order to make a ruling guide sa mga PTEs on how it be implemented.

SEC. 12. Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). - Within sixty (60) days from the effectivity of this Act, the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC), in coordination with other concerned agencies such as, but not limited to, DICT. Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), National Privacy Commission (NPC), as well as PTEs and major consumer groups, shall set the guidelines for the monitoring and proper implementation of this Act and shall promulgate the implementing rules and regulations as may be necessary to ensure the effective implementation of this Act.

All PTEs are required to submit to the NTC, DICT, and to both Houses of Congress an annual report on the implementation of the provisions of this Act.
