Correction. Wala pang IRR so buhat kahapon mag 60 days ang NTC to create its IRR. once na makapag labas ng Implementing Rules and Regulation, dun pa lang bibilang yung 15 days.Wala pa yan master, parang kaka 15 days pa lang kahapon after ma pirmahan ang batas. So ngayon pa lang naging effective ang batas, at may 180 days pa yata na implementation, hanggang April 2023 po yan.
unfortunately, under priority yan.

Thanks for correcting me pero despite the fact na already in effect na yung batas, what agency should be one who enforce the law? NTC. Up to now there's no Implementing Rules and Regulations and also in Section 12 of RA 11934 You do not have permission to view the full content of this post.
