working po ma'am tyvm po , altho umaabot po sya ng 15+Mbps sa speedtest pero pagdating na sa browser or play store ang bagal na po, sa sim card na po ba ang problema neto?

Nowadays it is normal to get capped because it is already a part of any sim network user's life. ρáíd or Free andyan na yan.
But there are things you can do about it :
Jump to regions/servers for a fresh set.
And to make your connection better for your location, you can do this:

Tenchu05 You are most welcome sir. As for the details on surfmax, I have not tested it yet on our VPN. You can use QueenCee VPNs with zero load but as for other methods, it will be entirely your choice. As long as you are connected successfully and happy about it, go for it sir.
