Closed Pc not turning on at first attempt

Kapag natatagalan sa pag ka turn-off ang pc ko like 5 hours.. after ko ma press yung button di na siya nag tu turn-on pero umiingay naman yung fan..
Na check ko na sata cable bago naman, wala naman problem sa HDD ko
Nilinisan ko nadin ng compressed air
Nag erase nako sa VC at RAM. pati nga dalawang RAM pinag switch position ko na
Kada turn on ko di naman nag pa pa launch start-up repair

Ano po pwede gawin dito?

drain all power sa laptop mo: remove battery then press power for 20-40 seconds (maybe 1 minute) or up to 2 minutes. Then try turning it on using the power cord muna wag mo una isaksak ung battery pabalik. Then kung mag on congrats, pwede mo na ibalik battery tapos mag charge na xa normal.

Ive had this problem way way back before and I hope its thesame sayo. Worst case schenario may capacitor na dapat palitan sa motherboard mo, consult a pc repair shop.
