* The Houston Rockets have been fined $25,000 for public statements made by owner Tilman Fertitta before the Russell Westbrook-to-Houston trade was officially completed.

* Reggie Bullock has signed a new deal with the New York Knicks for two years, worth nearly $9.4 million.
Bullock and the Knicks reworked a new deal over the last week after unanticipated health issues.

* The Cleveland Cavaliers have expressed interest in Dragan Bender.
