Ano po maganadang memory enhancer na vitamins? Mag take kasi ako ng board exam tapos parang makalimotan ko agad yung formulas 😅 or any tips nlng po

sabi nila yung memo plus gold. ako baka itake ko yan 1 week before exam ko. pero ngayon ginagawa ko pahinga lang haha pag walang pumapasok pahinga hahah tapos chill chill lang para hindi ganon ka pressure haha

pag nag rereview ako lagi mo tandaan keyword at basahin maigi question. base sa reviewer ko as Seafarer taking OIC license may mga question na iba iba pero same question and meron din naman almost parehas na sagot kaya basahin maigi. chill chill lang ako magreview since ako naman mag seset kung kelan ako mag eexam kase ganon sa MARINA. kaya pag sabaw pahinga talaga tapos naglilibang ako naglalaro ako haha tapos basa ulit. since nag stalk ako engineering ka ata be prepare mabaliw habang nag rereview handa kadin ng mga chocolates haha or mga matatamis para dika antukin pag mag review
 
sleep well lang boss, short term memory lang naman kailangan mo diyan, sleep well lang talaga at on the day before exam mag se̾x muna with gf bago matulog kasi bawal na mag se̾x pagka gising on exam day
