Haha. Iniiwasan ko lng ung term dahil una baka mapagkamalan ng nsfw thread ito, saka second, to avoid any confusion with the concept. Gaya nga nung sa video, hindi mo na maintindihan kung ano ang ibig sabihin ni Etta when she says "biological girl". At hindi talaga nila napansin na umuuwi pa rin sila sa old basis na batas sa mga arguments nila, in terms of human rights. At sa huli hindi na pala kailangan yung panibagong bill na yan tungkol daw kuno sa "DISCRIMINATION" which is front lang nila to DECIEVED norms or victims.

At hindi rin makapaglabas ng evidence na kailangan pa talaga ang SOGIE bill na yan ng norms, kasi ang interior motives pala nyan ay to counter the cases against them(culprits).

The deceiving aspect of the bill is its appeal to show virtuous by being compassionate to LGBT minorities. It is a virtue-signal social policy that has no basis to any objective standards. No comprehensive data to show that LGBT group is legally abused or oppressed in our society aside from bathroom scandals on transgenders or their exclusion to places and services that are inline to biological consensus or that conform to religious beliefs. I only see their desperation to gain political leverage to have a legal authority to dictate what this confusing ideology affirms because they realized they failed to establish a solid foothold on Science and rational/intellectual dialogues.

100%. The intention of the bill may be good in the surface but once implemented, anyone who questions or disagrees to LGBT movement may be incriminated on the basis of discrimination. To think that you would have a society that caters on the minorities at the expense of the majority is a straightway path to tyranny. I have contempt to the proponents of the bill who assumes common people are not capable of discerning its ulterior motives when these people insist the bill to be passed. The irony is that those who are noisy and obsessed to have a tolerant society, they are the intolerant ones.

Anyways, maybe it will approach to that, until LGBTQ people realize that they are just being sold a lie so that they will spend their hard earned money on transition surgery and treatments. It is not even all LGBTQ, but a select few who can afford it. Tpos pag tumanda sila, saka nila makikita ung mga side effects ng modification sa katawan nila, but it is too late because they are not reversible. And when they start to question the malpractice, they will be labeled as bigots, and they will be sensored like everyone else.

yes because they think the bill won't help them in the future, sa ngayon hindi pa mararamdaman yung superiority ng LGBTQ+ kasi homophobics pa ang nagdi-discriminate but later on it will be the opposite and the same SOGIE law will also protect the homophobics from being discriminated when that time comes

nowhere in the bill that requires surgery, suggestion lang iyon ng proponent kasi ina-atake siya about forcing religion to bow down to the bill which is maling mali naman talaga, religion should always be separated, the proponent should drop the provisions where religion is forced to comply instead of requiring surgery
