Intermittent fasting is a lifestyle which is your going to stop eating for a certain period of time (minimum of 16hrs) and a feeding window (8hrs)

Been doing IF for a year now. Its the best for building muscle and burning fat.
Breakfast is not the most important meal of the day, motto lang yan ng mga company para kumita.
Na share ko lang ngayon ko lang kase nalaman na may lifestyle and healthy living pala dito sa phc haha,
I started 59kgs but since bulking ang goal ko or magpalaki ng katawan 64 na ko ngayon after a month. And the results are great interms of beach body goals promise haha.
Wala lang pinopromote ko lang IF 😊
Try IF guys promise you wont regret changing your lifestyle.

My documentary na yan ng BBC, kahit na 3-2x a week 18hrs fasting daw pwede na... delekado yung total lifestyle change na mag fasting ka araw-araw.
sa 1year kong nag fafasting araw araw wala naman ako sir napansin na masamang nangyari .gumanda pangangatawan ko. at napakaraming research and studies na about sa fasting na nakapag patunay na much better if everyday ka mag IF

Yung tinutokoy ko yung fasting na isang araw walang kain, di ko na banggit sorry.. Pero yung fasting daw nagpapa haba nang buhay yan parang reset function daw, tested naman yan sa mga Hindus at iba pang mga religious group.

Yep it works for you, pero hindi natin alam kung anong effect sa iba. Diet dapat ang nagwowork para sa isang individual, not the other way around. Good to hear if may results for you bratha 😁

Actually its not a diet, its a lifestyle, diet is a short term method to reach a certain goal kaya maraming di nag susuccesful at mas lalong lumalala ang sitwasyon at nadedemotivate kase nahihirapan At di kayang imaintain for the rest of their lives.
 
Asking po if anong magandang kainin sa feeding window? Strict diet din ba , like low carb diet? Im chubby kasi . ano mga kinakain nyo na Pinoy foods? 😊

Well first of all are you a woman or a man. Mag kaiba kase ang duration ng fasting ng lalake at babae
 
nag IF ako for some months na. so far ang effect sakin is retain lang weight ko.
sedentary kasi ko, upo sa office, upo pa din sa bahay kaka computer games.
if mag exercise pa siguro ko saka ako mag loose ng weight.
the 1st four days ang pinaka mahirap. at kung mag cheat day ka, back to 4-days na mahirap hehe. sanayan lang.
feels good naman.
 
Well you need to track your daily caloric intake.
Usually for girls 2000kcal lang for normal weight.
Try to cut atleast 250-500kcal.
Then do 14-16hrs of fasting .
Sa food every 1cup of rice roughly 200ckal
Kung 3 or 4 times ka kakain with ulam(any ulam) sabihin na nating papatak na yon ng 1000kcal.
So yung 500 more calories you can take it with any food you want to eat . like chocolate. Just make sure na 500 calories or less lang sweets mo. Even mga 3in1 coffees may calories. So make sure read before you eat .
Then try to workout while on a fasted state to boost human growth hormone and mag double yung pag burn ng fats.
And lastly only drink water and black coffee without sugar and creamer or green tea while on a fasted state.
