🔹State what you did wrong

State your Offense and acknowledge your wrong doings. To do this, you must see things from the aggrieved person’s point of view and recognize the pain that you caused them

🔹Own it

It involves taking responsibility for your transgression and offering insight into why you behaved badly.Take your time to explain everything precisely.Owning misdeed fix most relationships.

🔹Don't engage in "kitchen sinking"

Yes,we all know its hard to apologize but then we should avoid bringing up everything that person has ever done to cause you hurt.Avoid escalating minor conflicts into a huge ordeal by recalling countless times.

🔹Apologize in person, not in writing

Verbal apology is more powerful than just writing those words. It is much nice to see how sincere they are by their facial expressions.

🔹 Don't add "but" at the end

The most sincere and beautifully articulated apology can be sabotaged with one simple three-letter word: "but."It's just another way of excusing yourself, avoid using unthoughtless" but".

🔹Ask for forgiveness

This empowers the other person for giving them time to speak up and respond whether or not they'r absolved you.

I say I'm sorry way too much I know.
Afraid that's just a way with me.
Sorry that who I am apologies for who you see

Sorry, I can't just put the word away,
It comes with so much ease.
Sorry that sometimes sorry is all I say
Sorry always finds its way.

The word escapes my tongue.
Sorry is first in line.
Behind my tongue are more words
But they're trapped in my mind.

A jumbled mess of proper words
But sorry is all chime.
In time I hope I'll put the word to rest
have it suppressed, condensed, instead
Saying it all the time, not expressing my mind

Sorry that this word is what I choose
To use, to recuse what I want to say.
Sorry leaps from my lips before
Any other words find their way.

Dismayed, my body concaves, ashamed
That's all I allow myself to convey
Unchanged, your patience
I choose to wait.

No demand to ask or understand
Why sorry is my mouth’s only phrase.
Encased in love and trust,
I see, you know what I'd like to say.

Reassured, inside, behind the mess
Of a broken past, sorry is silenced and put away.
