Both effective, depende sa trip ng gagawa, and both require effort, discipline and drive.

Sa friend ko mas gusto niya yung intermittent kasi wala ng keeping track ng kinakain.
Mas trip ko naman ung calorie deficit kasi gusto ko kumain kahit kelan ko gusto, un lang mas matrabaho. Pero healthwise mas okay siya kasi mas may energy ka for exercise.
Pero like I said di ako expert lods ha. Mas maganda pa rin ikaw mag research.
