Gusto pumayat pero tinatamad?

Let us face it. Gusto natin pumayat pero kulang sa effort yung ginagawa natin.

Kahit ako nahihirapan. Pero ito ang nasa isip ko. Kung tinatamad ka mag exercise, reduce your food intake.

Medyo mas mabagal nga lang ito since mas maganda parin kung may activities ka para mas bumilis yung pag burn mo ng calories.

Dati akong mataba, pumayat from 120 kg to 60 kg (years before this was achieved, consistent jogging weight lifting. No morning intake of food, less carbs din for lunch snack and dinner)

Now tumaba ulit, nag rice na ng madami, nakijoin na sa mga umiinom ng coke, madami na din kung kumain ng sweets. Di na nag gi-gym, di na din nakakapag jogging.

Pero need ng tigilan ang pag ka-walang disiplina at excuses. Di lang ito sakin kundi sa iba din nating member dito na gusto din ma achieve yung body goals nila. I started last week and I am feeling energetic. Just want to share this here. Para sa mga gusto din maging healthy, start now. No excuses.

Pero sa may mga health problem na jan, better consult your doctor or someone who is a healthcare professional.
Mag set din ng realistic goal, pumayat ako dati pakonti konti lang, mag bawas lang ng 3-5kls masaya na. Then continue. Planning to do the same this time. But i want to share this vibe since it might be of help to someone.
