D2k-FT10 Cannot Access WebUI "ERR_SSL_KEY_USAGE_INCOMPATIBLE" Pasok

Hello mga ka phc.

Sa mga hindi na maka access ng WebUI ng PLDT D2K-FT10 either pc or phone using the 2 links "You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now." or "You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now."

Use po kayo ng Mozilla Firefox or Opera Browser to access the WebUI. Mukhang nag upgrade ng security ang mga browser kasi pag inaaccess mismo ay lumalabas ang error na ito "ERR_SSL_KEY_USAGE_INCOMPATIBLE"

P.S: Im not sure kung mag work din ito sa Brave Browser at Internet Explorer or old browser. just try lamang po.

this is a browser-related issue that started to show up on chrome/chromiuim based browsers from version 124 and above. to fix it on Windows you need to edit the browser registry via Regedit

regedit link : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\
1. right click > new > Key
-> rename : Google
2. inside 'Google' key > new > key
-> rename : Chrome
3. inside 'Chrome' key > new - DWORD(32bit)
-> rename : RSAKeyUsageForLocalAnchorsEnabled and value to 0
4. restart the computer and open Chrome Browser then type "Chrome://Policy" on the address bar

this registry is specifically for Chrome, if you are using other chromium based browsers refer to their browser support regarding their policy location


for Android... you can't edit policies without an extension, so just use Firefox or an older version of Chrome
