Closed Cant connect to my pocket wifi

Help naman po, my globe tattoo pocket wifi can be seen on my loptop but i cannot connect to it to use internet, its looking for an Ssid key then i entered a code coming from the back cover of my pocket wifi but it wont connect. Thank you
