What to do when pc is not turning on? Already tried some basic steps like cleaning ram's pins, removing gpu and using on board vga and changing psu.

If your PC is not turning on despite trying basic steps like cleaning RAM pins, removing GPU, using onboard VGA, and changing PSU, then there could be several reasons for this issue. Here are some additional steps you can try to troubleshoot:

1. Check the power outlet: Make sure the outlet you're using is working properly. Try plugging in another device to see if it works.

2. Check the power cord: Make sure that the power cord is securely connected and has not been damaged or frayed. If possible, try using a different power cord to rule out this possibility.

3. Check the motherboard: Check for any visible signs of physical damage, such as bulging or leaking capacitors. If you find any, it's likely that the motherboard needs to be replaced.

4. Check the CPU: Ensure that the CPU is properly seated in the socket. Ensure that the cooler is properly attached and that there is thermal paste between the cooler and CPU.

5. Check the RAM: Remove all the RAM sticks except for one. If this doesn't work, try swapping out the RAM stick with another one.

6. Check the CMOS battery: The CMOS battery, which provides power to the motherboard's BIOS chip, may be dead. Replace the battery and see if that helps.

7. Check the graphics card: If you have a dedicated graphics card, check that it is properly seated in the PCIe slot. Try removing it and using the onboard VGA to see if that works.

If none of these steps work, it's possible that there is a hardware issue with your PC that will require professional help to diagnose and fix.
