Hello! Based on your description, it seems like your computer may be experiencing a specific issue with your power button. The blinking orange light usually indicates a problem with the power supply or system hardware. Here are a few possible causes and solutions:

1. Power supply issue: The power supply unit (PSU) might not be supplying enough power to boot up your computer properly. Try the following steps:
- Check if all cables from the power supply to the motherboard and other components are securely connected.
- If you have access to another power supply, try replacing the current one to see if it resolves the issue.
- Consider testing your PSU with a multimeter or using a PSU tester to check for any faults.

2. Hardware issue: The blinking orange light could be a sign of a hardware problem. Try these steps:
- Remove any recently installed hardware components, such as RAM or expansion cards, as they might be causing an issue.
- Reseat the RAM modules and ensure they are properly inserted in their slots.
- Check for any loose cables, connections, or damaged components inside the computer.

3. Overheating: Sometimes, when a computer overheats, it may refuse to boot up. Check the following:
- Make sure the CPU cooler fan is working properly and that the heatsink is clean and free of dust.
- Ensure that all case fans are functioning and that the airflow inside the computer is not obstructed.
- Consider monitoring the CPU and GPU temperatures using software like HWMonitor or SpeedFan.

If none of the above solutions resolve the issue, it might be best to seek professional assistance from a computer technician who can diagnose and repair the problem accurately.
