PLDT No Internet Acess

Good eve mga boss, bale nag-restore po ako ng default configuration ng Wifi modem namin, which is HG8245Q (PLDT). Bale, nag-reset na po ang WiFi namin at nuong tinry ko i-connect sa phone ko, ay 'No internet access' po ang nalabas. Nagtry din po ako magsearch sa google at ang sabi ay baguhin iyong value ng 'VLAN' sa WAN configuration. Pero hindi ko naman po mabago iyong sa'min. Paano po kaya ang gagawin ko dito.

Bale kailangan po pumunta ni PLDT technician dito sa'min? Or itatawag ko lang sa customer online service?

punta ka sa pldt mismo na malapit sa inyo tas request ka ng tech para tignan yung router nyo or wifi baket wala connection dito samin ganyan madali lang mga 30mins andito na tech
