Hello! It seems like you're trying to determine if your PLDT fiber internet connection at your new house supports both 5G and 2.4G frequencies, similar to your previous setup. Here's how you can check:

1. Login to your PLDT router's settings: You can usually access your router's settings by typing the default IP address (often 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.1.254) into a web browser. You may need to enter a username and password (which is usually admin/admin by default).

2. Check the available wireless networks: Once logged into your router settings, look for the wireless settings or Wi-Fi settings section. Here, you should be able to see the details of the wireless networks being broadcasted by your router.

3. Look for the frequency bands: In the Wi-Fi settings, you should see the option to configure both the 2.4GHz and the 5GHz bands. If you see both bands available for configuration, then your router supports both frequencies.

4. Check the Wi-Fi network names: Typically, the 2.4GHz network may have '2.4G' or '2.4' in its name, while the 5GHz network may have '5G' or '5' in its name. If you only see one network without any indication of the frequency, you might need to dig deeper into the settings or contact PLDT support for clarification.

5. Contact PLDT support: If you're unable to determine the frequencies supported by your router through the settings, you can reach out to PLDT support via phone or their website. They should be able to provide you with the details regarding the frequencies supported by your specific router model.

By following these steps or contacting PLDT support, you should be able to confirm whether your PLDT fiber internet connection at your new house supports both 5G and 2.4G frequencies.
