Help PLDT Home R281 nag update ng Software Version (v004.1). Openline di na gumagana.

Nag update ang PLDT Home R281 and hindi na gumagana yung openline na AT+CLCK="PN",0,123456,16
Error na ang nakalagay.
Also, openline na sana ako kaso after the update RED na ang signal. Kaya nag system restore ako planning na i-openline ulit kaso error na yung AT+CLCK="PN",0,123456,16
Any solution?

Meron po akong bagong R281 baseband v002 tapos dinisable ko yung TR069 yung dalawang radio button .Pero ayun nag update pa rin kinabukasan to v002.2 ..
exact sa notification interval nya na 86400seconds or 24 hours ..
Meaning napapatch pa rin ni PLDT kahit disabled si TR069, iba ata gamit nila.

From version 2.1, bago ko din binili ung r281 ko. Disabled na ung TR069 bago ko sinalpakan ko ng DITO Sim with data. Nagamit ko pa ng isang araw. But nung mga after lunch, nirestart ko ung r281, ayun na, nag-auto update parin sa 2.2 after magreboot. Basta yta na may available data ung sim once na na-openline. Automatic parin mag update.

ito po ginawa ko .. actually nung nabili ko sya dinisable ko na yung TR069 .. tapos d pa nman agad2 nag update kasi no load gamit kung sim .. na openline ko pa nga sya gamit Huawei Terminal. pero kahapon ginamit ko na kasi may unli na si smart uli. double check ko si TR069 disabled nman, pero kanina lang ayun nag update nalang sya bigla.. meaning hindi talaga si TR069 ang dahilan nang auto-update ni R281. mismong walang disabled siguro yung Software Upgrade nya. kasi pag chineck nyo sa nginx ni Master Eugene makikita sa Software Information na lage nya chinicheck kung may new version si R281 at kapag may load ka kusa talga syang magdodownload at e uupgrade nya firmware nya.

Nahh bad news... hintay na lang guro na maging unsupported na ang R281 sa update nila. O until ma pag lumaan na nila ang modem na to.

EugeneKey - Hey there! I've got an issue after modifying the R281's firmware. I was partially successful and now able to use Globe and TM sim cards but the original PLDT sim and all other Smart-related sim cards I have (Smart 5G-ready sim, TNT, and Sun) no longer work. It is as if my modem/router switched to being a Globe-locked device!

I only did the first part of the modification - excluding the band locking steps.

And another issue is that the PLDT sim card that was originally bundled with the device doesn't work when inserted into any other open line Huawei routers (or is it supposed to only work with the R281 it was bundled with?)

Your thoughts?

Anyone's advice aside from EugeneKey is very much welcome.

How to extract firmware from Huawei R281? I have another PLDT Boosteven R281 modem stucked on bootloop...

A couple of weeks ago it auto-update to v004.1 but the baseband was still on v002

I tried and still able to perform AT commands without issues, until it stucked o bootloop.

Now, it cannot read PLDT SMART Sim or other network sim, the LTE modem seems malfunctioned, but I can still access the web ui and there's no baseband version listed.

Ewan ko kung ano to sign or hope ba or ano while nag tetesting ako ng bandlock using routerlocalhost naisipan ko saksakan sya ng dito sim hoping na gumana ung mep trick na 123456 na password then i tried pero di gumana then pag ka refresh ko ng page may one sec na binasa yung sim then recta invalid
