Closed Pisonet issue

Hi po. Need ko advice about sa isang unit na nag tu TURN-OFF ang PC pag naka ON Ang monitor. Ang nangyayari pag switch ON ng computer (monitor is OFF) nag boot Naman ng maayos Ang pc , kapag huhulugan na ng coin nag start naman Ang counting ng timer ng tama. Pero split second lng soon as the monitor starts to come ON, the entire computer goes Off. Then 3-4 seconds mag power ON ulit Ang computer by itself . Now, the monitor powers back ON again ( so long as time is still running) and mag tu turn off ulit Ang computer like a cycle.

I tried plugging in the monitor on a different outlet ( extension wire) then it powers on just fine and the computer this time did not go off. As if like pag naka saksak Ang monitor at pc SA parehong linya ng plug dun nagkaka problema. ( Plug has 3 prongs ; for monitor, PC and speaker )

Hi po. Yes I am using AVR.

BTW. Na solve Kona.
Ginawa ko una nag try ako ng other PSU . Smaller to higher power capacity , same issue. Complete hardware disassemble ( ram,CPU,bios,video card,hdd ...all wires were unplugged) at Isa Isa ko plug in lahat ng components. Wala ako nkita issue pero the problem still not resolve. Now I tried plugging it in on a different outlet (main power outlet) . I have line being used by computer units another line is for lightings coming from main power box . Ginawa ko dun ko sinaksak Ang unit na me problem SA saksakan ng ilaw, and weird because di na nagka problem.
I dunno if short ba Ang kuryente na gamit SA PC. Cguro ganun .
