Napagana ko na din sa wakas sa torrent sa smart lte
from 50kbps before naging 150kbps na

Here's what i did (make sure to run it as administrator for every executable files)

• Install the latest You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now. before installing openvpn
• Install the openvpn using the correct installer for the operating system
• Put the latest configuration files on the directory (e.g.: C:\Program Files\OpenVPN\config)
• Open the openvpn
• Connect in any server and note for the assigned IP given to you
  • 
• After connecting, open utorrent (make sure to stop all the downloads/uploads)
• Go to options > preferences > advanced
  • Filter "ip"
  • change the value of net.bind_ip and net.outgoing_ip to your assigned ip and make sure to set it.
  • 
• Click ok and restart utorrent
• Then you can download now using the openvpn IP

Note:

• Make sure to change the net.bind_ip and net.outgoing_ip for every connect in the server in the openvpn because you can't download in different IP assigned
  • eg: Assigned IP in opengui is not same as in utorrent settings
• If you dont want to use the openvpn and want to download with utorrent please remove the value of net.bind_ip and net.outgoing_ip
• Patience is everything

Lately hindi na ko maka pag download ng mabilis sa torrent at mabagal na rin browsing... any updates why? Pamp area ako kasi eh... been using this for a 2 months na sana pero lately lalong bumabagal... any idea what's happening?

updates: So far gumana na naman boss neo after uninstalling openvpn and TAP drivers, then clean registry using ccleaner...reboot and applied new config..
