Effective ba sainyo guys yung Li-shou coffee ito pa ibang pinagagawa ko sa pagpapayat?

My pattern of my weight lost is

-3 to 5hrs of workout daily
Pawis na pawis ako, yung pawis ko malagkit sobra dahil siguro sa kalamansi intake ko

-Irtemmittent Fasting (18:6)
12pm and 6pm only intake foods

-1 sachet of Li-shou Coffee (12pm after a meal) semi meal

- 10 pcs of kalamansi without sugar (6pm after a meal) heavy meal

-5 to 7 liters of water every day dahil sa sobrang workout.

Ask lang kakasimula ko lang kasi sa Li-shou coffee, effective ba? Salamat po

Careful lang sa intermittent fasting dahil bababa nutrients mo sa katawan kaya dapat magtake ka ng multivitamins.
