Here is the process to Unlock ZTE MF65M / MF65 / MF70/ Z981/ Z831 / MF90 Pocket Wifi with unlock code
Get the unlock code
To unlock any zte device you need to generate the 16 digit unlock code by any unlock service provider like unlockninja.to get the unlock code you need to reach You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now. and make necessary selection like Brand->Model->Country->Network you want unlock. Once you make the payment to for unlock code, you got the mail to undate IMEI on unlockninja portal.
Once you get the unlock code you need to follow the process below:

-Confirm that your phone have at least 30% charged
-Switch off the phone
-Remove the locked sim and insert a non-acceptable sim (i.e.if you locked on AT&T, use a non-AT&T SIM card).)
-Switch on the phone
-Now phone will ank for Unlock Code (it may be NP Code or NCK code,SPCK code).
-Enter the Unlock Code you received
-Now phone will be unlocked for ever to use any GSM network

-Make sure the device is charged enough it should be at least 30% charged
-Switch off ZTE wi-fi-device
-Change the locked network SIM card with any other network sim.(i.e.if you locked on AT&T, use a non-AT&T SIM card)
-Connect your device to Windows PC using its USB cable and
-Browse 92.168.1.1/simlock.asp OR 192.168.1.1 OR 192.168.8.1 (It may be differ for device to device)
-Log in to the device device’s dashboard
-It will be automatically redirect to the unlocking page if not the follow the next step
-Go to setting or Advanced Settings –> SIM Settings –> Unlock Device –> Enter Unlock Code –> Click on Apply. OR Open your Settings –> Dial-up –> Unlock SIM card –> Enter 8 digits or 16 digit unlock code (NCK Code) in your ZTE MF90 WiFi MiFi router.
-Once the code accepted,Restart the device and now it will be unlocked for ever
