Create new GCash account same name and other info dapat dun sa luma mong account. Then open ka ng ticket, ipatransfer mo sa new account mo yung funds. Sure na working yan basta match yung info mo, yung sa old account na na deactivate yung sim at dun sa bago mong gagawin.
