Hello po. Helping a friend po sana. Patulong po sana ako paano magtrace ng uploader ng file sa coursehero or idelete yung file na uploaded sa coursehero.
Inupload kasi file ng friend ko sa coursehero di nila alam sino nagupload tas ngayon magkakabad record sila sa school nila pag di nadelete. Thank you po sa makakatulong.

Kung di man madelete sa coursehero yung file, you can personally approach the school guidance counselor mismo, na there was a leakage that happened and it was uploaded online by someone who you don't know, without your permission or the school permission itself. Provide also a Report Letter and include who was the first person who has the copy of your file before it was uploaded online, that way it will narrow down the investigation.

Hello na experience ko to I accidentally uploaded our revise na research paper, yung gagawin mo lang is approach ka sa customer service sa coursehero..through gmail nila...at w8 mo lang mga 24 hours ma remove na yun basta i state nyo lang reason at link sa document na na upload.
