Good Evening PHC! Tungkol po sa earlier thread ko na another way na pag-unblock sa Smartbro/Kickstart at TNT. Sad to say na NOT WORKING siya sa akin. Pero share ko lang tong ginawa ko para ma-unblock sim niyo. Pangalawang beses na po akong na block.
- Yung una kung ginawa ay nagmessage ako sa Facebook Page nila, at dun pinalabas saloobin ko.At yun, unblock na.
- Pangalawa as usual, dial ko yung *888. Yun na, unblock na sa pangalawang beses. At napansin ko din based sa sinasabi nila, di nila mamonitor yung activity mo, pero yung data consumed at load used lang nakikita nila.
- Turn off muna Data mo (kahit di ka makaconnect)
- I-set ang data from 3G/4G to 2G
- Then text GPRS ON to 211
- Next, 3G ON to 211
- After that, send POWERAPP to 7577
- Lastly, SET to 211
- After na-send mo na lahat yun, Reboot your phone.
- Makakatanggap ka ng SMS tungkol sa 3G settings
- I-install yung natanggap na configuration.
- At antayin kung may matatanggap ka na message about sa internet settings
- Maghintay ng 5 to 10 minutes
- Lastly, i-set mo ulit sa 3G/4G at i-on ang Data
Try nyo din sa TNT pero hindi to pwede sa SmartBro
At lastly, sa safe, legal at mabilis na way ng pag-unblock. Is ang Help Ticket sa Smart.
Procedure:

- Para diyan, i-fill up niyo:
- Full Name: Yung complete name nyo
- Email Address: Enter niyo ay valid email address
- What's your concern?: Select "Network Connection"
- Mobile Number: I-Enter nyo yung nablocked na number nyo
- Message: Yun nga sa sinabi ko kanina, pwede ka na magsinungaling na patang makakatotohanan. Dapat yung message na ma-iiyak sila sa awa. Nyahaha!

> What is your location?
> What is the model of your phone?
> What is the date/time you've successfully connected to the internet?
> What is the date/time you cannot connect to the internet?
Cooperate lang tayo sa kanila at maging magalang para ma-unblock yung Smartbro/Kickstart mo.
Tips po para iwas block.
- Iwasan ang pagda-download ng malalaking files . As much as possible, yung download limit mo ay 1 or 2GB below only.

- If Android phone din, pumunta ka sa Settings > Data Usage(Under Wireless and Networks) > Tap on "Set mobile data limit" > I-adjust the red line para ma-set a hard data-usage limit or i-adjust ang orange line para ma-set ang alert data-usage amount.
- Have an extra sim card and make a cycle of sim card replacements in your modem/phone at a timely manner.
