Maraming salamat sa update, Ka-tropan. Everything is working fine in your area. Can you send us a screenshot about the error? For the meantime, subukang gawin ang basic troubleshooting steps below.
1. If with low signal, try moving to a more open location w/ less surrounding obstacles such as concrete walls.
2. Make sure your mobile data feature is ON.
3. Open you internet browser > go to SETTINGS > clear CACHE, cøøkíéS & HISTORY
4. Go to SETTINGS > NETWORK MODE SETTING > lock it to 3G/WCDMA/HSPA/HSPA+
5. Refresh your phone by turning it OFF, then ON.
6. Send SET to 211.
7. Configure Access Point Name (APN). Go to SETTINGS > MORE NETWORKS > go to MOBILE NETWORKS > ACCESS POINT NAMES > piliin ang plus button (+) para magdagdag ng bagong connection > i-enter and TNT sa Name > i-enter and TNTNET sa APN > press BACK > piliin ang bagong gawang APN
