Gusto ko lang ma share yung opinion ko dito since hindi clear yung statement niya para sa akin. I'm a homeschool parent and homeschooling in the PH was first introduced way back in 1997. A Homeschool provider can't accept a student with no birth certificate since this is a requirement that they need to submit to DepEd, together with Form 137 and other school records. Just like other regular schools kaylangan nila ito ma submit or else pwede sila ma penalize or ma suspend as Homeschool provider. How come na nakapag tapos siya ng homeschooling if she doesn't have a birth certificate at first place? She may be graduated at the age of 16 yet nung 17 years pa lang niya nakuha yung birth certificate niya.

And I think COMELEC has no clear educational attainment requirements (whether you are a kindergarten or college graduate) as long as registered ka as a Filipino citizen.

Just I though so, and I think its time for the government overhaul the rules and requirements for filing COC for political aspirants.
