Steam ayaw gumana pag tapos i-install,

bale pag tapos ko po iinstalled yung steam pag ioopen ko na puro loading na lang yung cursor then ayaw na gumana lahat (Open files, open task manager etc) kaya nirerestart ko po yung pc para gumana ulit... Triny ko na po irun as admin yung installer kaso ganun pa din.. naka ilang restart na din ako
