I've tried sim replacement already. at need yung serial number ng sim which is either nasa sim or nasa sim bed (or both)... need mo e surrender yun sa globe store. based on my experience.
on the other hand. is there no other way to change your sim number associated with your online accounts..??
same kasi sa nangyari sa akin.. sim number ko associated sa mga accounts online. kaya inaalagaan ko ang sim (or ang simbed as much as possible). twice na ako nagpa replace ng sim..

change mobile number nalang TS sa coinsph via settings, sa gcash kung may laman pa request kanalang na itransfer din sa bago mong number or kung mapakiusapan mo sila na kahit wala na yung sim kahit affidavit of loss na lang supporting doc para same number padin magamit

d po pwede pag wala yung sim kc mag sesend sila ng code sa lumang sim bago mo ma gamit yung bagong ipapalit na simcard

Punta ka lang globe center... Papalitan nila sim mo... Number lang need nila... Kaso minsan pahirapan sa stock nung sim na irereplace...
