Yung nasa link, sa command line ginagamit yung guide, pero mas madali kung sa GUI as per examples given in the past. Extract mo sa SS folder, then do what you set earlier. Gagana na yan sa appropriate server ni bosing and you can check it if it's running sa taskbar.
(Idagdag mo yung fast-open=true sa Plugin Options kung gusto mo using ;.)
Sorry kung di kumpleto't for those interested lang na updated sa SS development.

PS. Yung bagong SS413, kailangan ng Net Framework 4.6.2 at Visual C++ runtime 2015 para rin gumana.
