Help Saan po makikitaang chanel list na available na prepaid load sa cignal tv?

Nagload ako sa cutomer ng 300 kasi may channel 78 don sa outdated chanel list na makikita sa google.. kaso bumalik si cutomer at sinabing di daw gumagana ang channel 78. Thanks po sa mga makakapansin.
