How To Use?
2.) Copy anti-ban v2.bat
3.) Paste the anti-ban v2.bat to C:\ros\Documents
4.) Right click anti-ban v2.bat then Run As Administrator
5.) Open ROS!!!
6.) DONE!!!

Try it out and let me know if you're still getting banned. I will update the post accordingly.
