Help Question about OJT/Intern Hours

Para sa mga nasa HR dyan, do companies count lunch in OJT? How about sa mga Government department?

Kasi if you start at 8:00AM and ends in 5:00PM, it's 9 hours already if we let the OJT include lunch.

office jobs are on 8-5 schedule and obviously has lunch break so wala bayad yung lunch break, sa shifting jobs naman is 8 hours straight so definitely ρáíd yung lunch time nila
