•mgc apn phone setting
create apn mgc on yourphone.
you may follow these steps...
1. settings
2. more
3. mobile network
4. access point name
5. choose globe telecom
6. choose myglobe connect
7. name: my globe connect

-do all of these on your cellphone's settings

-input the correct globe/tmhandler settings
-hit mobile data "on"

You can do this :
1.Go to Settings and choose Apps.
2.Locate QueenCee VPN. Hit Clear Data.
3.Relaunch QueenCee VPN and input the correct Handler Settings for the sim in use.Hit Save
4.Turn Data Connection On
5.As soon as clicking save, a choice between Browser Only and Tunnel Whole Device will appear. Please click Tunnel Whole Device

The proxy servers are working and our vpn is working very well.
Maaring cellphone issue na rin yan sir kung talagang nagawa niyo na po lahat ng advices ko sa inyo.
Go to settings and look at your unit if it can assign 3g on the slot you will be using, no matter what sim network is inserted, it should let you use it on 3g->If that is ok, then you can use it on vpns.
