You may ask for their settings and it will work but sometimes their settings will not apply to your location.
Location is an issue but you can do something about it. On the first page there is a list of Proxy Servers and Real Proxy Servers. Mix match them until you get a good connection for your location.
Patience is required. Goodluck

Sometimes the uploading site offers you other things to click, files in exe is one of them, just uncheck "Download with Secured Download manager"

If the downloading is successful, locate the apk file on your File Manager and/or folders. You will install from there.
All our dl links are safe to dl and install.

Yes you also need to enable your data connection and follow the intended Settings for the sim in use. Do no worry about using data connection because QueenCee VPN is an app for free internet, it will work even with zero load on your sim. Goodluck

Can you make sure your connection is good so you can see everything on Page 1.
I assure you all you need to know is there. It is complete from Talk n' Text, Smart, Sun, Globe and TM. Do not make a statement that my posted thread is incomplete.
We do not need to add on FB sir.
